Terms and Conditions

By booking or using services provided by True Tidy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, protect both parties, and maintain a high standard of service.

True Tidy provides residential and commercial cleaning services based on the details agreed upon at the time of booking. The scope of work will be confirmed in advance, and any additional requests or changes may result in adjustments to pricing or service time. While we strive to meet all expectations, cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the property.

All pricing is provided upfront and is based on factors such as property size, condition, type of service, and frequency. We are committed to transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods, including electronic payments and card transactions. Recurring services—such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings—may be offered at discounted rates, providing a more cost-effective option for ongoing maintenance.

Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely, and reliable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access cannot be provided, True Tidy reserves the right to charge a cancellation or lockout fee. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as time has been reserved specifically for your appointment.

True Tidy is committed to delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns, which may include a re-clean of the affected area.

Our team treats every property with care and respect. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours of service. True Tidy will review any valid claims and resolve them in a fair and timely manner. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are fragile, improperly secured, or of high sentimental value unless disclosed in advance.

For health and safety reasons, clients must ensure that the working environment is safe. This includes, but is not limited to, access to running water, electricity, and a reasonably hazard-free space. True Tidy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

We provide our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If a client requests the use of specific products, True Tidy is not responsible for any damage or unsatisfactory results related to those products.

We are happy to clean homes with pets; however, clients are responsible for ensuring pets are properly secured if necessary to allow safe and effective cleaning.

For recurring services, clients may adjust or pause their schedule with appropriate notice. Discounted rates for recurring services are based on consistency and may be adjusted if service frequency changes.

True Tidy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

By booking a service with True Tidy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
